All things Karma, really. As the Operations Lead, I get to collaborate and be creative in all aspects of the business. Optimizing the studio’s processes is my jam. If I have to pick just one project, it’s CEED! The client-agency collaboration involves a lot of communication—not only in the planning stage but also when it comes to review and feedback, and they have been an excellent partner.

Zone of Genius

Creating usable, beautiful systems that my clients will love to use, cleaning, organizing, optimizing, and automation. Basically, eliminating any unnecessary busy work so folks can get to their flow state faster is how I aim to help!

Favorite Tech Tool

It's a tie between Notion and Zapier. Notion is a great "brain" to store everything and hash out ideas quickly and easily, while Zapier lets you meta-work. You can create automations that will run in the background and optimize your workflow while you're actively tackling other tasks!

An ocean or marine biology conservation/ocean de-plastification effort! I haven’t done this yet, but I’m looking for opportunities to. I have always been completely ocean-obsessed….the octopus is my favorite animal, and I have them everywhere!

I'm a snake and dog mom who has a daily pole/yoga/pilates practice, loves to sing and draw, and drinks way too much bubble tea! I also play an excessive amount of video games and listen to true crime while I work.
